This policy explains what T4S (Time4Study) stores and why. T4S is operated by SwerahTech. If you have a question about your data, write to time4study.official@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and your password. The password is stored only as a secure one-way hash, so nobody can read it, including us.
- Your plan: everything you type into the planner, such as your name, stream, goal, target date, study hours, roadmap, weekly plan, ticked tasks, focus time, notes, links and mock-test scores.
- Reminder settings: which reminders you turned on, their times and your time zone, so reminders arrive at the right local time.
- Device notifications: when you turn notifications on, your browser gives us a technical address for its push service so we can deliver reminders to that device.
- Messages you send us: the name, email and message you enter in the contact form.
How we use it
- To run the planner and keep your plan in sync on every device where you log in.
- To send the reminders you chose and show them in the bell inside T4S.
- To send account emails, such as a password reset link you asked for.
- To answer your messages and keep the service secure, for example by limiting repeated login attempts.
Where it is stored
Your account and plan are stored in our database on the servers of our hosting provider. While you use the planner, your browser also keeps a working copy so you can continue offline. On the published site the app files and your latest plan are cached on your device for offline use, and that cache is cleared when you log out.
Notifications
Reminders are delivered through your browser's own push service (for example Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft, depending on your browser). The message is encrypted on its way to your device. You can turn notifications off for a device at any time in Settings, or in your browser settings. Logging out stops reminders on that device.
Emails
Account emails are sent through our email provider. These emails may contain a small image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. Password reset links are never tracked.
Cookies and visitor statistics
T4S uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in. There are no advertising cookies. We look at privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor statistics for the website, such as page views, country and device type, without building a profile of you.
What we do not do
T4S has no ads and we do not sell your data. Your plan is visible only to you when you are logged in.
How long we keep it
- Your account and plan: until you delete your account.
- Notifications in your bell: up to 60 days.
- Password reset links: they expire after one hour.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to answer you.
Your choices
In Settings you can save a backup of your plan, reset your plan, turn notifications off, change your password or delete your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your plan, notes, links, notifications and login. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you.
Young students
T4S is made for students. If you are younger than the age at which you can agree to this policy where you live, please use T4S with a parent or guardian's permission.
Changes
We may update this policy as T4S changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also the Terms & Conditions.
